I’m Right Because I’m Rich.
The assumption that because someone is rich, their insights are more valid.
Smart people can be poor, dumb people can be rich, anyone can pretend that they’re rich. Don’t stray from the message and focus on finding quality.
“Look at this private jet behind me! I clearly know what I’m talking about!“
Just because someone is perceived to be rich doesn’t mean their ideas, positions, or strategies have any substance.
“How can this guy claim to be successful? He wears t-shirts in all his videos!”
Someone who assigns less value to material possession can still be very successful and/or insightful.
